It feels so good to tick this off! I still can’t believe I’ve lost 10lbs.
It took me around 6 weeks to do, but I havn’t been starving myself or anything so atleast I know I havn’t lost too much muscle.
It really does help reading peoples’ entries, and writing my own. Even though mine are just aload of rubbish lol.
Well I checked my BMI and it said the least I should weigh is 116lb. I don’t know what BMI I’d be to start looking underweight, but I know I can lose 10lbs more and be OK.
