After a while it’s really gotten a routine!
nothing compares to the feeling after your workout and well – after the shower ;-)!!!
It’s a great way to lose some tension/aggression. You’ll feel more balanced and after a really good workout I’m so totally worn out that I don’t have trouble falling asleep. (which I used to have…)
