just about everybody has been divorced these days…actually I know very few people who haven’t. I don’t think you should feel ashamed about it—marriage takes two and you have no control over what the other person feels, thinks, or does. Sometimes it just happens. In some churches, I know, it still carries something of a stigma. But not everywhere. Actually one of the pastors who influenced my life the most was divorced!
