meditate daily

I threw a hexagram with the I-Ching the other day, to try and see what advice it had to give me about my life in gerenal. I was feeling very stressed out, and it identified that right away. It gave me the hexagram “Mountain,” and it told me very clearly that meditation would be the best way to counter this.
I find meditation to be hard, as my mind does not easily give up its tight grip upon my being, and thoughts are hard to release, even for a few minutes. But I feel that when I can achive a state of meditation, it feels amazing. However, I still need to work on doing it more often. This is a great goal to have.
