avoid saying "I'm sorry" when I have nothing to be sorry about
Untitled 2 years ago

All the time, I apolgize for things that are out of my hands, things that I could do nothing about. All. The. Time. This has to stop, doesn’t it..?

It’s not my fault that I couldn’t be there for someone when their cat got ran over, I feel sorry that it happened, and wish I could have been there to comfort that person, but that doesn’t help.

I want to stop this. Let’s see how I do.

Go you!

Yup – I’m with you! I constantly apologise and say I’m sorry when I don’t have to – to the point I annoy others which isn’t so great. We can do this – to learn to smile and just be who we are – this is enough :)
