When you plateau as long as I have, without losing wieght OR inches, it’s time to look at other aspects of your life. To that end, I took a battery of tests designed to determine what kind of diet would help me the most, and discovered that counting calories is not as important, for me, as counting carbs.
More important than all of those, though, is eating more often. Not MORE, just more frequently (and smaller portions when I do).
