Go to sleep at 10 or earlier every night for a week
Or at least at a decent hour, like right after

listening to Jay’s monologue on the Tonight Show. That would be about 10:40-10:45 or so…

But quit staying up too late for how early I have to get up in the morning. Don’t get obsessed with trying to add all 43 things to my list in one night, for example, and end up staying online until 1:00 am.
