Lots of great things have been happening and lots of annoying things. But since I am concentrating on the positive, let’s talk about that.

Work has been challenging lately but that has provided an opportunity to stretch my limits. I have found someone who I can learn from and I like most of the people I work with. That really makes a difference in the day to day goings on.

I have learned that I can accomplish far more than I thought when I am willing to step up and just take charge. Yes, people don’t like it but things need to happen and no one else seems to be willing to step up to the plate.

I guess this task is providing me an opportunity to grow at work.
