The Mile End climbing school – no idea if it’s good, but it’s close so seemed a good place to start. Have you been climbing recently, or is your shoulder still playing up?

The Mile End Place is connected to The Castle and the one on the Westway so if you are a member of one I think you can climb at any of the others.

I’ve been once since the injury (but not since my operation) and am very keen to go again.
