Ok so yesterday went pretty well, I was pretty understanding but I sort of did lose my cool. I got a text message that upset me from a person I love, and instead of thinking about it and thinking about what I was going to say I just called her and told her stupid stuff. It did not cause and argument but I should have stopped and used my head. Well things turned out ok sort of but I need to get better at this.
