Getting Motivated...Again 1 year ago

I am motivated to do this. This has always been important to me but somehow importance does not always equal motivation. I am starting off well, not trying to change everything all at once. I have made a commitment to myself to walk for 30 minutes every day. I started that on Monday. I have been drinking the recommended amount of water each day for a couple of weeks now. I also have been striving to make sure I eat breakfast every morning. Some days are off, but some effort is better than none.

Sounds like you're off to a really good start

Especially with the walking included in your routine.

It’s always good at the start of something new to avoid overdoing things, so having that occasional “off” day might actually help.

Plenty of power to you and your goal.
