i have the Crest White Strips in my bathroom I just need to use them. So I just need to get up off my lazy bottom and do it.. but that first would require me to stop procrastinating and that is a much harder goal… lol

I have used these and they work if you actually use them… I would put them on before I jumped in the shower in the morning, then I would be half way done without noticing… and it became part of my routine. Maybe this can help you too?
