Yesterday I had like the worst binge ever. I totally pigged out. The sad thing about the situation was that I was well aware of what I was doing. I ate about one million calories before I managed to make myself stop. I’m such a failure.

But HEY, new day. I’ve been doing good today. Did one hour walk earlier. I’ve had so far 500 calories, and it’s 2:15 pm.

I’ll update later.
