Shaleenee broadband is finally fixed :)
I guess I started this on june 10th, it’s 22. still doing ok.
yesterday I did it for 20 minutes :-) once I reach 30 minutes I will start making it more intense.
Now I just try to keep thoughts out of my head by different means.
by reiterating that it;s my time and all worries can wait for 10 minutes.
by thouwing out the restless ness with each breath, when my mind tells me to stop.
by concentrating on breating and feeling it refresh me.
by imagining a scene
by chanting.
sometimes all this on one sitting, finding it a little more easier to do now than before.
