A lot of people have this certain idea of what excercise is, and most times it involves crunches or lunges. Not the case.
Every night, myself and six of my friends go longboarding all around downtown when there’s no cars around. We go to the top of parking garages and ride all the way down (getting up to 20 mph sometimes). We board through the streets…anywhere there’s a smooth enough surface. I’ve been doing this every day for two weeks and I’ve lost fifteen pounds.
Unless you just happen to love doing awful crunches or lunges, then I suggest you find a really fun way to lose weight…it will be much easier and you’ll have more fun!
