Progress after 5 months...
I’ve been slacking a lot during the summer, missed several weeks since april but all and all good progress since… I’m a skinny guy so what i’ve added is pure muscle mass… i’m +3/4” on arm, +1.5” around the chest/upperback(damn!), calfs up 3/4”... hips legs and stomach are all up just a touch at 1/4”. Hopefully i keep progressing.
