lose the weight i need to lose and keep it off (read all 4 entries…)

I started trying to do this in early May but instead of dieting strictly I’ve been trying to make dietary changes and up my activity level. In 7 weeks I’ve lost about 10 pounds. I want to lose another 15-20 which I think will take quite a while but I think I’ll be more likely to keep it off… I took off 40 pounds in the past but put them right back on.
