water is great
i’ve been drinking much water for quiet a long time now. I got 10-11 liters daily on a couple of particularly hot days last summer, although i don’t think it is healthy any more:) i simply keep my 1,5 liter can beside me as i work at PC and sip water slowly which gives me something to do and is a good alternative to eating=) moreover i have to make a trip to WC from time to time which is a good reason to make some movements. i also also carry a bottle of water along while on campus. truth be said, i change water for beer sometimes on weekends%)
