I got the Fresh Roast 8, It’s got the cool streamline styling. It’s not quiet but it’s not too blaring. It roasts up easy in about 8 minutes, you need to adjust it to your taste and to the variety of beans. For 2 people it’s a little small, so I sometimes do 2 batches in a row. I make sure to put it right on the stove and turn up the exhaust fan and open a window. And Madison Market has been selling green coffee beans for about $5 a pound, so I don’t have to worry about running out and mailorder.
