One of the best things I ever did. I was anti-greek before but the more I learned about certain ones the more I wanted to join. Three suggestions before joining one. 1.) Enjoy atleast the transition of your first semester of freshman year without greek life. It is quite a commitment if you plan to join an active sorority. 2.) Do your homework on the sorority, even if it takes more than one semester. Hang out with them, do some community service with them whatever it takes, small and large ones are quite different. 3.) Evaluate your personal time and obligations to ensure it won’t interfere too much with school and most important commitments you absolutely can’t give up!. Overall, it can be quite the enjoyable experience…...certainly was for me!!!!!
