I watched ‘Super Size Me’ and it just made me realise how much food affects us. I cut down on as much rubbish as possible, but there are so many things you don’t realise that are just full of crap. Its difficult cos I work away from home a lot so I can’t always cook, I wish the whole world was a little more aware of the food they eat, then I could eat better when I’m traveling!

It difficult when travelling cos so much on offer (food I mean lol). First thing I stop is the Full English Breakfast… so tempting but a days meal in itself.
Its one of the reasons I added my goal to eat 43 different things. MAybe you wanna add to your list.
That way you consciously look for healthier stuff.
