I always meet the same kind of men who are basically liars and cheats. But I’m sure its probably me that attracts them. I think I have to learn to see them for what they are more? Unfortunately I’m attracted to this kind of man. Although I would really love to settle down and have babies.

Yay!
I’ve got a similar goal here. It’s great that we’ve both noticed the pattern we’ve formed. Now we can go about working out what it is in ourselves that attracts these men and eliminate it so we can attract lovely men instead. I’ve made a good start in recently rejecting two blokes on the grounds that they’re too messed up and they would be draining. A few months ago I would have relished the opportunity to “fix” them and then wondered why on earth the relationship went so wrong.
bryannnc does not like being treated like a receptacle for others' angst
in the words of dr. drew pinsky,
“honestly, did anything [traumatic] happen in your childhood?”
in dr. drew’s views, he’s said that most of these problems come from problems with a parent when younger, or etc. where when someone is hurt by something when younger, and then actually gravitates towards people who will hurt them in the future, etc. dr. drew recommends therapy or etc to straighten it out.
just sayin’, though. i’m not an expert on this topic at all; i just quote the experts.
