I used to take Taekwondo, and this made me somewhat flewible with my legs, now i have trouble simply kicking to my head. so I think i need to get back into the habit of stretching otherwise all that time will have been for naught. im going to declare victory at 15 days since hopefully it wil have become a habit. if at 15 i’m still tempted to fall asleep instead, it will become 30 days
