who had decided to declutter her life. She included people and relationships that were holding her back. At first it seemed a bit extreme but I have to say she looked better and happier than I’ve seen her for a long time. I’d wondered if I should do the same, but think I’ll start with ‘things’ and see what difference that makes.
“Declutting” our life from people is a good thing to do too, I’m recently doing it. There are people who only provide problems or worries to the relationship, people that don’t walk forward because they simply don’t want to and just try to pull everyone around them. I decided to declutter my life from these kind of people and walk for myself, no big deals, no drama, just don’t be around them.
I’m giving myself space for good friends/family and space to meet new ones too.

I would prefer to start with things also….
I tend to be pretty choosy with the friends I make so they have pretty much proven their indispensability…so, luckily, I don’t need to declutter any people…lol
Boy, that would be difficult if you did need to do it…but I guess worthwhile if they were not a healthy influence.
