I haven’t seen naked tweekers but we did run on a guy a few months back who ran crazy through huge bunch of fields while running from the cops. He ran for abound an hour and a half and then finally just fell over in a coma from exhaustion. He was unresponsive enough not to have a gag reflex and ended up on the vent for two days until he just woke up and was ready to go to jail.

I was sure for a couple of days that one of the cops had smacked him in the head with a stick and given him a brain injury. He was a “White Pride” convict and had said some pretty ugly things about one of the cops who was chasing him and happened to be black. Vic was pretty pissed off when he came up to us covered in mud after chasing this racist bastard for a couple of hours. I ask vic if he had beaten this guy and he said “no he just fell down”. I thought this was a code but then two days later the guy woke up and was fine. The doc said this happens sometimes when the meth runs out after a few days tweeking. Fact is they had to take him to jail because when he woke up he started causing all kinds of un-holy hell in the hospital. I guess the guy’s a prick even when he’s sober.
