well, i weigh 243 and im about 5’11. im majorly over weight. ive been looking at myself lately and just not liking how i look. i started to cut down on my food intake Monday and i went down from 245 to at least 243. ive been doing the slim fast thing but i want to do more. i cant go outside because its been raining like every day for a few weeks now. ( i live in Oklahoma and the weather is wearied.) can anyone help me with the physical thing?? thanks

Exercise is good
I just do 30 mins walking every day – fit it in where you can, like going to church, shops etc. Not sure whether that’s enough to cause weight loss – according to one table it’s only a couple hundred calories, but it helps the mood and you’ll feel better knowing you’re doing something. If you feel like it, later on you could take up jogging or whatever. Good luck!!
