Okay, I leave for California August 2.
I want to arrive looking GREAT.
I’ve been working consistently for the past few months, at the gym, and I’m ready to refocus and achieve even better results!
My work is less of a priority right now, because I’m about to leave and I’m not sure how things will be when I get back.
So, my priorities for this month are:
1. gym 6 days, even if it´s just a quickie, like 30 min cardio and 10 min weights
2. count calories everyday, trying to stay around 1800 but putting everything in no matter what I eat (accountability)
