Im okay now, just taking it a day at a time. You know, its weird i feel more busy in the daytime i guess, with everything im doing, the thoughts in my head get kinda muted. But at night its hard, its hard not to be sad, and the thoughts get loud and push their way up to the top.
Gonna try and start excercising more and taking vitamins. I heard that sex helps as well, but as im currently single, i think ill hold off on being the town bicycle. Ill stick to running, thank you :)
