i got my harmonica, a hohner special 20 in the key of c, the day before yesterday. been practicing relentlessly ever since. hard to do, though, because every time i do, my cat starts purring and biting me. seriously. any part he can reach. ankle, elbow, even nose or head. he bites my head! i didn’t even know he could open his mouth that wide! i don’t know how to interpret this, whether the harp is acting like that dog whistle that makes them go crazy, or if he somehow hates my playing. really peculiar.
