Saving money 4 years ago

I am putting away $10 every week, starting last week. I have $20. My sister will probably be taking 5 years of college to get her Master’s in education, so we are looking at 2010 before we can go. If I save $10 a week, that is about $2500 for the trip. Do able. I have talked to K about this, and she is on track with me. She is looking to get a part time job to start saving as well.

I am so glad I made this post

because 43 things keeps a tally of how many weeks I should be saving. I should have $70 saved. I think I have $60, but I didn’t put in this week yet, so I am right on track. Good to know.
