Started the OJ this morning very timidely. I was keeping myself open to continuing on but after spending the whole evening and half the night burping, and each burp burning my throat,(acid reflux?) decided that my bod was saying “quit”. Has anyone ever experienced this? (Hoping some of the master MCers are out there reading our posts!) Again, good luck to all. I will be back, think that after the holidays is a good time for round two!
