There must be a way...
A person that actually needs a wheelchair should be able to get one “at no personnal cost”.
To me wheelchairs are like bicycles.
If you need one you don’t really want more than one or two hanging around the house at a time….
So let’s make one wheelchair for each needy persons use….FREE!
We are TAXED for all kinds of USELESS CRAP anyway.
Maybe the PRISON SYSTEM should make the wheelchairs, after all many of the INMATES cause good people to need a wheelchair.
