I struggle everyday to lose weight. I have a happy relationship with my friends/sig.other but a very unhappy one with food. I eat mindlessly most of the time and it doesn’t help that i work in a high-end indie coffee shop that sells delicious home made treats. I try to cut out the sugar in my coffee and use skim milk but i am surrounded. I do all the food shopping and the cooking and lets face it after 8hrs of work, 6 days a week, a sandwich or a can of chef boyardee is all i feel like making. I have lost almost 60lbs though in the last year and that feels great, but the last 30lbs seems really hard. I could use some good advice. Some substitutes, some ideas, some more inspiration….
