I got the wagamama cookbook and dvd as a gift for my birthday and I can’t wait to recreate the foods I love from the restaurant. I know that it’s technically more fusion cuisine than authentic Japanese food but it’s a start, and I’ll definitely look into some genuine recipes once I’ve mastered the basics.
