Definately worth it. Save, save and save – don’t waste money on renting and purchase something with the future in mind—you never know if it may be your retirement home. Get an excellent Realtor or mortgage broker who can get you inline with good people to work with (attorney, lender/bank and inspectors). Research – there is so much infomation out there so don’t go into it blindly. If you are in my area – I just go my license so I’d be happy to help you.
