Some of my favourite books were First Break All the Rules, Good To Great, Wishcraft, How Full Is Your Bucket, The Now Habit, Nine Things You Simply Must Do.

I read a few fiction books too… Magic For Beginners by Kelly Link is whimsical and fantastic, A Personal Matter by Kenzaburo Oe is very sensitive and introspective.
