Pike Pushups Maxout

Unfortunately, tested this morning I can still only do 3 elevated pike pushups in a row… which is about 1/2 of a pushup more than I could do 5 weeks ago. I’m gonna switch over to a few reps at a 60 degree angle every other night or so, to accelerate this process. I’m still quite heavy (@225), which is more of a problem than I thought it would be.

I started some with a wall (not enough balance without). At first I couldn’t do any – and for 2-3 days I was just standing on my head pushing really hard for 30 seconds, then I’d try the next day. Then I got one! Then I got two!! Then I got 4!
I quickly worked up to 12, then I got bored and quit.
I wish I had good balance – that would be impressive to do.
