SpookyDuke is reconfiguring
Unfortunately, tested this morning I can still only do 3 elevated pike pushups in a row… which is about 1/2 of a pushup more than I could do 5 weeks ago. I’m gonna switch over to a few reps at a 60 degree angle every other night or so, to accelerate this process. I’m still quite heavy (@225), which is more of a problem than I thought it would be.
