Through changing eating habits, and excercising more, over the course of half a year maybe i made it from 225 to 180 and i feel more capable than ever.

I started at 224,have been going 3weeks and am at 212.My water weight fluxes.and I skipped exercise a few times last week..but It’s coming off at a good pace.I’m gonna do all veggie the first half of next week.I’m doing this because I want to look better,feel better,be of optimum health,set a good example for my daughters,and be inspiration/motivation for other people like me.I’m meeting my goal!
