I’ve actually been working on this for a few years already. Now they have a new list. I’ve seen about 60% of the movies which was few less than I thought I would have seen. I’ve seen some movies that I wasn’t all that excited to watch and have had some happy surprises. Here are some of the ones I really loved and it surprised me.

High Noon
Dr. Strangelove
Lawrence of Arabia
The Third Man
All About Eve
The Best Years of Our Lives

There’s also been a couple I haven’t been able to get through. Bridge on the River Kwai is a tough one because I hate every character in the movie. Maybe I wasn’t in the right mood. Anyway, I’ll give it another try another time.
