My friend Elena and I did this together for her 18th birthday in 2006. I forgot I had taken ibuprofen earlier that morning for a toothache, and I wound up bleeding quite a bit. Other than that, it wasn’t very painful at all. I got an infection this last Christmas from being extremely ill and blowing my nose so much, so I wound up taking it out. But I miss it so much, that I think I may get another one.
