since i can remember i had no balance in anything
if i start something i cant stop till its way to late
i should learn when to stop and when to start
i either do so much exercise daily that there is no time for anything else, and the next year, i am so unfit i can hardly move, and sleep the days away
if i start to eat maybe chocolate or chips or what ever, i cant stop till everything is finished, to keep some for later does not exist in my mindset
to tick this off i have to
- eat healthy, not to much or not enough
- sleep healthy not to much or to little
- look healthy , not being under or over weight
- exercise healthy, not to much or to little
- study healthy, not to much or to less, although i dont think
the to much thing will hapen easily hehe
- what ever else random activity i do like watching tv,
spending time with friends ect.
should be in moderation like everything else above
