I don’t think not answering your phone counts. In fact, I feel like that’s sort of going in the opposite direction. You’re supposed to be gaining enough courage to say no… not hiding behind your voicemail.
I understand how easy it is to just let it go to voicemail, which is why I think we should all try extra hard to actually not be afraid to tell people no instead of avoiding it.
