you know owning an island may be cheaper than you think… i was researching this a while ago and you cold buy an island in the Philippines for as little as 40,000…. it would be uninhabited, but about 100,000 into it would make it habitable and the value would rise up to at least a million… which is pretty nice increase… oh and no taxes on it as long as you don’t plan on commercializing it… if its for private use its basically your own country… fun times, all you gotta do is look and save
