misshotstuff is trying her best to stay motivated about working out.
that’s what i call my belly because it’s white, soft and mushy…not fat, but not toned. so, i have a slender body, but i want to be more athletic looking. my only questions is how long will it take and how can i accomplish this goal without hitting a gym? i HATE the gym! anyone have any thoughts about pilates using dvds at home? what outdoor activities would make me become more buff? i prefer activities to the gym any day.
