My doctor said I have mild insomnia.. I just can’t seem to relax or stop thinking (in general, every day…) which is annoying for so many reasons. I’m impatient and I get bored quickly and I hate it, thus leading to sleeping problems (lying in bed isn’t the most active thing to do).
But I think I’m getting more sleep than I used to, not really out of any particular effort but just because I’m growing bored of sitting on the Internet until the early hours of the morning, which is good :)
