Third time!

Yay! I have achieved this for one week. Today I did my second training session for the 5K. I was drenched with sweat when I’d finished and I am paying for it in terms of aching muscles, but it will be well worth it. I get 2 days’ rest from the gym now, then start again on Monday. I bought some new tracksuit bottoms for when I work out in the winter, though it’s still really hot at the moment, so I won’t need those for a while!
