I need MORE exercise! or longer walks. i usually walk a mile then take a break. walk another mile several hours later. I’d like to add a third mile but then night comes and all i want to do is kick back and relax. And if you’ve read my entries, i don’t even to the walks dialy. yet. i feel like i’ve done well on cutting back on the food but i do need to pick up the pace and exercise more.
