Eat better
TODAY!!!07-23-07

So today I ate for breakfast two boiled eggs (white only.) For lunch I had a PB&J sandwich on wheat bread. And for dinner I am planning on eating just a salad with some ham cut up in it!!!! I have been doing this diet for about a week and lost 5 pounds w/o exercise.
