I was born In Vancouver, I saw the Ocean at 3 years old, I guess I selfishly took it for gratned. After moving and growing up in Cranbrook, B.C. I met so many who had never seen the ocean. This is definatly something I would encourage one to do, the smell, the wind on your face the sound of the birds and crashing waves, unforgettable. Take the time to see the grace.
