I walked 10.09 miles on my treadmill, burning 915 calories.

Also, took my students to the lake for rafting (so spent about 40 minutes rowing all together), went on a water hike (swam most of it with students and walked the rest of way on slippery water rocks), and then had a short hike back to the lodge where bus was picking us up.

So, I had a nice active day yet now have painful sunburn on my face and scalp although was wearing SPF 50 on everything except my scalp! Tomorrow I’m expecting the pain in shoulders/chest area to happen as every year when I do this trip I feel no pain while rowing yet the following day or two have pain in those areas from using upper arm muscle that I don’t normally use in such a way.

You got me wanting to try out a water hike some time. Hope your shoulders/chest and sunburn wasn’t too painful today ()

The sunburn...

flaked off this weekend and my shoulders/chest area was not sore at all the next day suprisingly enough!
